Every design choice communicates a message. What is your website saying?
Are you ready to...
Let’s Make Your Business Unforgettable
When it comes to your website, you want to give people an experience worth sharing, because at the end of the day, it’s how your clients view their interaction with your business that generates revenue.
You can’t afford NOT to give your users an engaging, memorable experience.
Paige is, by nature, a creative individual who understands how to work with clients at all levels and has a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure her clients are satisfied with each stage of the design process.

An unforgettable website should:
Captivate your ideal client by engaging your users personally and specifically. A buyer journey that resonates with your users will help reveal quality leads and increase sales through authentic attraction.
Low quality services that underdeliver are a frustration to you and your users. Add greater value and credibility to your brand with an online experience that reflects your business messaging and values in a meaningful way.
Good design builds trust and establishes credibility. People WANT to buy from credible, trustworthy businesses!

A smarter online presence
How users interact with your website is crucial. Creating a good user experience (UX) can mean the difference between a happy visitor who takes action and a visitor who gets frustrated or impatient with your site and clicks over to your competitor. My process defines and leverages this interaction from the ground up.
Every effective website needs a strong UX strategy. A user-centric approach lies at the crossroads of design strategy and business strategy. At this stage we dive deep into your business to identify your why, map out your vision and clarify your message and audience.
A UX strategy also means having a killer design strategy. Before initiating the design phase, every aspect of the user’s journey is defined. This way, all facets of the design have a purpose and are built around content that reflects your brand and achieves your business goals.
Conversion-centered design means strategically designing an interface that guides visitors to where you want them to go so that they can easily take action. This way, the user is provided with a better experience and you have measurable results for your business.

What is a revision round?
A revision round is a single list of constructive feedback, revisions, or changes following a presentation. Each package includes the standard number of revisions I’ve found to be effective in delivering a great product to my clients. If you think you will need additional revision rounds, they can be added to your project invoice at a pro-rated rate.
What will be expected of me as a client?
- Communicate without delay. Have an unscheduled vacation? Need more time with a revision round? Doubts about a design direction? Let me know so that we can address it together and save time and project costs and keep the project moving toward completion.
- Provide feedback and payment on time to avoid project delays and potential late fees.
I provide a schedule detailing all of our meetings and deadlines at the beginning of every project so that you will always know exactly what is expected of you and when.
How does payment work?
For services under $2,500, full payment is required before the project starts.
For services between $2,500-$10,000 you will make a 50% down payment on the project total to secure your booking. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
For any services over $10,000, we can discuss a payment plan that will work best for your project timeline. A deposit will be necessary to secure your booking and get the project started.
I accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe and Paypal.
Which package should I choose?
Can't decide? Give me a shout at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will work with you to figure out a package for your budget that delivers the best ROI.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my package?
If you decide you want to upgrade your package before we begin, I can always update your invoice. Once I get started, we’ll have to complete the package that you’ve chosen with any additions added in a separate Statement of Work and billed separately.
Pro tip: I always add extra value in next-level packages, so if you think you will want more concepts or pitches in the long run, it’s better to choose the larger package rather than pro-rating additional work at the end.
Boring brands are the worst. Let's create something unforgettable together.
